We are proud to share that three of our nurses, Adeline Tham, Lydia Quah and Pauline Magpoc were awarded at Agency for Integrated Care’s Community Care Manpower Development Awards on 2 Oct 2025 with Mdm Rahayu Mahzam, Minister of State, Ministry of Digital Development and Information & Ministry of Health as the Guest-of-Honour.
 

This award provides opportunities for in-service staff or new joiners looking to pursue and grow a career in the Community Care sector. Wishing our award recipients a big congratulations! We appreciate your unwavering dedication in healthcare and the work you do for our patients and their families.

Our Nurse Clinician Lydia Quah, was featured on Lianhe Zaobao as one of the award recipients. In the interview, she shared that she started studying for the full-time postgraduate programme – Master of Nursing at the National University of Singapore with the funding of the scholarship this January. She looks forward to returning to work at Dover Park Hospice after completing her master’s degree to provide patients with more holistic home palliative care, and to share what she learned with her colleagues to improve the capabilities and quality of the nursing team.
